Gibbon-Brooks Ltd, trading as F Sharp, is a professional blade sharpening service based in Hailsham, East Sussex. We are registered in England and Wales.

We are the data controller for the personal data collected through our website, contact form, email communications, and service operations.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in accordance with our obligations under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Payment Data

Payment card details are processed directly by Shopify Payments (operated by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd). We do not store or have access to your full card number or CVV. Shopify Payments is PCI DSS compliant.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Email is conducted via Google Workspace with encryption in transit and at rest. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments (PCI DSS compliant). Our website operates over HTTPS.

In the event of a personal data breach likely to risk your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by UK GDPR.
