F Sharp runs a decentralised collection and return model. We're looking for reliable, professional owner-operators to extend our reach across East Sussex and beyond.
We are currently recruiting.
F Sharp operates a hub-and-spoke logistics model. Logistics Partners collect blades from customers within an assigned zone, deliver to the F Sharp workshop, and return finished work. You operate independently on a per-job basis. No minimum hours. No exclusivity required in Phase 1.
The right partner.
Van or vehicle owner-operator
You own and operate your own vehicle. Clean driving licence. Able to transport bladed items safely and in compliance with relevant transport requirements.
Professional and reliable
Customer-facing role. You represent F Sharp on the doorstep. Punctuality, courtesy, and a professional manner are non-negotiable.
Based in or near our coverage area
Priority given to applicants based in Hailsham, Eastbourne, Polegate, Heathfield, Uckfield, Lewes, Battle, or Bexhill-on-Sea.
Self-employed or able to operate as such
Partners operate on a sub-contractor basis. You are responsible for your own tax, insurance, and business administration.
Comfortable with a digital workflow
Jobs are managed via our operations system. You will need a smartphone to receive job notifications, confirm collections, and log handovers.
